Michael Harris, Enologist, uses modern winemaking techniques to express the character of the grapes grown by Gene Sigel, our Viticulturist. Each vintage represents the defining characteristics from our Debevc Farms Estate, showcasing the strengths and challenges of each growing season and the terroir of the Grand River Valley wine region.

Smooth blend of Grand River Valley red vinifera aged for 11 mos in Italian Amarone wine barrels. Notes of raisin, fleshy plum, baking spice and caramel. Soft velvety tannin with balanced acidity and a pleasant finish. Salute!
ROSÉ OF VIDAL BLANC ICE WINE

Vidal Blanc Ice Wine kissed with Chambourcin for a beautiful rosé color. Soft apricot and tangelo on the palette with sweet tangy grapefruit and a creamy texture in the finish.
